About ExecPastor Blog

hallworths3   // For 10 years I was the Executive Pastor of Ministries and Operations at Rancho Community Church in Temecula, California. Experiences involved Leading the transition team in 2005 when we moved a church of 1800 to a new 36 acre campus and doubled in less than 6 months. I Lead the Venue planting team in 2011 when we planted the Murrieta Campus at Murrieta Mesa High School. I am currently living out a dream of bi-vocational ministry in Bend, Oregon. Having grown up in the Northwest and then being introduced to sunshine in California, I found my ultimate blend of both in Bend. I split my time between being the small groups pastor at Journey Church in Bend as well as running my own commercial insurance brokerage. I am absolutely inspired when a team finds their sweet spot of functioning together. Each member using their gifts and talents to move the greater good of the organization forward to God's Glory. I'm married to my sweetheart Alma and have been blessed with 6 children, ages 11 - 27. I love anything in the outdoors including, hiking, backpacking, Kayaking and particularly snow skiing.
