After a decade as an executive pastor of a multi-venue mega-church in Southern California, I’m living out a dream of bi-vocational ministry in the beautiful town of Bend, Oregon. I’m a shepherd at heart and am absolutely inspired when a team finds their sweet spot of functioning together. I’m able to work predominantly in my gifting so that I can focus on my strengths. I am the connections/small groups pastor at Journey Church.
For 21 years I served in some capacity at Rancho Community Church in theTemecula wine country, California. As the Executive Pastor of Ministries and Operations I oversaw a multi-campus ministry (Temecula and Murrieta) with one “from scratch” church plant in French Valley.
I’m married to my sweetheart Alma and have been blessed with 6 children, ages 11 – 27. I love anything in the outdoors including, hiking, backpacking, snow skiing, and mountain biking.
