I recently shot 8 videos for small groups leadership training at Journey Church. The purpose of these videos is to provide simple, fundamental training for small group leaders. I’d thought I’d post them here to spur ideas as to how you can train leaders as well. My goal is to also begin a weekly vodcast to send to leaders to help them stay encouraged.
